General
The Government of New Brunswick provided COVID-19 updates in live briefings since early March 2020. At first scheduled briefings were daily, then on weekdays only, then three times a week, and then in late May, they eventually stopped unless a specific event called for one. Most were delivered by Premier Blaine Higgs and the Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Jennifer Russell. As of July, online data is updated on weekdays. Briefings were live-streamed on YouTube, Facebook and by major news networks. Archive is available at: https://www.youtube.com/user/gnbca/videos .
